An eye examination at Vision X

We provide comprehensive, informative eye examinations. Apart from assessing your vision and prescription requirements, we carefully check eye health for diseases such as glaucoma, cataracts, and diabetic retinopathy to name a few. We do not like to rush this process so allow 45-60 mins for a full examination, which allows ample time to discuss and explain your eye condition, and consequent care and/or eyewear options.

Included in your eye test is retinal photography (photos of the back of your eye) as well as computerized visual field testing. They provide valuable diagnostic information as well as providing excellent baseline information for future comparisons of eye health.

Contact lens fitting is a significant part of our practice and we offer the latest technology in soft disposable contact lenses.

We have a special interest in the diagnosis and treatment of dry eyes; and are now excited to offer the latest in IPL technology treatment.

Also we provide optical dispensing services (from your own spectacle and/or contact lens  prescription) as well as a repair service for spectacles and sunglasses.
